By using MDASH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Uses
   1.1. Personal health data tracking and visualization
   1.2. Academic and research-related use
   1.3. Educational and informational purposes

2. Prohibited Activities
   2.1. Uploading false or misleading data intentionally
   2.2. Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the system
   2.3. Disrupting platform functionality
   2.4. Using MDASH for illegal or unethical activities

3. User Account Responsibilities
   Users are responsible for:
   3.1. Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
   3.2. All activities are conducted under their account

4. Content Submission Guidelines
   4.1. Users retain ownership of submitted data but permit MDASH to process it for system functionality.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain account security

• Comply with applicable laws

• Respect the rights and privacy of other users

All platform software, design, and content are the intellectual property of the MDASH development team unless otherwise stated. User-generated content remains the property of the user.

MDASH is provided “as is.” The platform is not liable for:

• Medical decisions are made based on platform information

• Data inaccuracies provided by users

• Temporary service interruptions

MDASH does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information presented is for public health awareness and informational purposes only.

MDASH reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these terms or applicable laws.

Disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by institutional policy.

MDASH may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
